Project location: Knaphill [2018]


Full refurbishment to a two bedroom 'loft style' apartment, with new kitchen, bathroom, heating and flooring throughout for an overseas client.


Our client said "Steve and Matt refurbished our whole 2 bed-rooms flat from fitting new floors to painting all walls, doors, and ceilings. They also removed a wall, fed new electrical lines, installed new bathroom and fitted a full kitchen with tiled splash-backs. 

They did a brilliant job in a professional manner and with a very high customer service. The existing kitchen in this 1930's property was a well used for over 30 years and it was time for updating. The kitchen had plenty of plumbing and electrical challenges that needed to be solved. HPS worked with the client at the planning, installation and finishes stages.


HPS were able to leave the client with a practical but stylish kitchen that worked for the client.

Project location: St Margarets [2017]


Located in a very desirable part of St Margaret's this large property had a kitchen in need of  a new design and layout to work with the clients circumstances.


HPS worked on behalf of the client from planning and design, through to installation and finishes.




Project location: Teddington [2017]


This kitchen in Teddington formed a part of a very large open planned kitchen/dining and day room. 


Our initial challenge was a large pillar in the middle of the room. So after removing the pillar and installing a large steel beam, the kitchen deign could now taken in to consideration the whole open plan area.


HPS were able to organise and complete the whole ground floor project in the property.

  

Project location: Ashford [2016]


This was one of five projects HPS have completed for this client. This is the only bathroom in the property so it needed to work for the client. The were many challenges one being that the whole wall needed to be rebuilt. So serious work was needed before the project could continue.


Our client chose the sanitary-ware and the layout to suit the family's requirements. The bathroom was tiled floor to ceiling and the flooring chosen was Karndean.

One of several projects HPS has worked on in this beautiful home. Our client wanted a very compact but functional shower room made adjacent to his home office. 


The client had a very specific brief and chose the sanitary-ware and tile choices. HPS were very happy to work with the designs and finishes.

Project location: Windsor [2013]


A two year project on the old convent in Windsor. Keeping the old facade and all the original features as the property was a listed grade 2 property.


The project consisted of converting two buildings in to 25 luxury apartments. From the top floor of the building you have views of Windsor Castle. 


Challenges included the installation of a lift to all floors. 

Project location: Weybridge [2014]


Our clients property is a large detached property with several bathrooms. The project challenge was that the client wanted all three bathrooms refurbished consecutively. HPS were able to work to the clients wishes keeping disruption and inconvenience down to  minimum. All sanitary-ware items and tiles were client choices.
